The appinfo:/ KIO slave combines an application's configuration, data, manual and
temp files and folders into a single view.

This version is a prototype (i.e. the result of two evenings' work). If you think
it's a good idea let me know and I can work on improving it. I also welcome 
feature suggestions and any other feedback.
