<para>The properties that apply to the containing
block of a level-4 section, and therefore apply to
the whole section.  This includes <sgmltag>sect4</sgmltag>
elements and <sgmltag>section</sgmltag> elements at level 4.
</para>

<para>For example, you could start each level-4 section on
a new page by using:</para>
