+Interface with camera using gphoto, or view images from card or on disk.

+Showfoto is an image editor.

+If Digikam is to be built with Kipi Plugins support, build and install kipi-plugins first.

+The default build is for [US] English only - additional language support can be set by the 'lang' variable.
+
+Added work-around for showfoto language support.
