gregory guy	d1e1f1777f	Drop automake build support. Add basic cmake build instructions. Some doc files have moved at the root of the module. Rework of the README and help page. Deleted file BUGS. gregory guy	46c80b0f5b	Conversion to the cmake building system. Add a man page taken from the Debian build system. dvbdata.tar.gz from the "images" folder has been decompressed and the data files have been put into their own folder (dvbdata). kaffeine-iso.desktop file added from the Debian packaging.
