gregory guy	39e1f611e7	Conversion to the cmake building system. ... Add a man page taken from the Debian build system. dvbdata.tar.gz from the "images" folder has been decompressed and the data files have been put into their own folder (dvbdata). kaffeine-iso.desktop file added from the Debian packaging.
