KXML Editor is Open Source Software and developed under the GPL (see COPYING for details). ==================================================================== KXML Editor is KParts application, and it must be installed properly to KDE directories. Before ./configure, make and make install process, use export KDEDIR=/opt/kde3 export QTDIR=/usr/lib/qt3 Of course look where is KDE and Qt path in your system and use correct directories.
