libcarddav Version 0.1.0

These are the feature so far
  - Support for VEVENT
     - Add. Add a new event to the collection
	 - Get. Get one or more events from the collection
	 - Getall. Get all events from the collection
	 - Modify. Modify an event
	 - Delete. Delete an event
	 - GetCardName. Get the display name from the collection
	 - IsCardDAV. Test whether a given URL represents a CardDAV collection
