Slávek Banko	46bae91652	DEB tqt3: Split shared libraries from the tqt3-apps-dev to a separate package. Since libraries are not built as static, but as shared, libraries are needed at runtime, and it is desirable to be installed independently of the development environment. DEB tqt3: Split shared libraries from the tqt3-apps-dev to a separate package.
