At the moment you can find on Debian:

 * cdparanoia (provides cdparanoia)
 * faad (provides faad)
 * ffmpeg (provides ffmpeg)
 * flac (provides flac/metaflac)
 * mp3gain (provides mp3gain)
 * mplayer (provides mplayer)
 * mppenc (provides mppenc)
 * speex (provides speexenc/speexdec)
 * timidity (provides timidity)
 * vorbis-tools (provides oggdec/oggenc)
 * vorbisgain (provides vorbisgain)
 * wavpack (provide wvunpack/wavpack/wvgain)

Note: you don't need all of the mentionned programs to use soundKonverter.

To enable the soundkonverter-amarok script just launch soundKonverter once. It
will create a soundKonverter directory in ~/.kde/share/apps/amarok/scripts.
The soundkonvert script will now appear in the script manager window of a newly
started amarok.
