.SH DESCRIPTION
\fBKEducaBuilder\fP is the test editor for \fBKEduca\fP, a flash-card
application for working with interactive form-based tests.
KEducaBuilder is used to create and edit these tests, whereas KEduca
itself can be used to view and take these tests.
