Currently, it is not possible to open a mail with HTML as main body part.
This fixes it by checking if the content type is of `HTML` and allow it
to be opened. This resolves issue #89.

This will likely break Qt3 compilation temporarily, which is an unintended side effect.
A third and final kdepim commit will repair Qt3 compilation shortly.

This will probably require some tweaking before it will build under Qt4,
however Qt3 builds are OK. Any alterations this commit makes to kdepim
behaviour under Qt3 are unintentional and should be fixed.
