Add support for LINGUAS for listing translations to install.
Rename translation catalogs to avoid potential collisions.

Rename the search symbol allocate_kstyle_config to
allocate_tdestyle_config. This is related to KDE => TDE conversion.

Resolve issues that occurred during CMake conversion.
Concatenate the commands for generating pixmaps.h with CMake
so that there is no need to use the GNU specific sed option -i.
