TDE currently uses an out-of-date Jasper for JPEG-2000 images. While
updating to use a newer version of Jasper is possible, Debian and its
derivated (i.e. Ubuntu, Devuan) don't package it. This means TDE is
responsible for packaging Jasper and providing security updates.
OpenJPEG on the other hand, is provided by all distrobutions that TDE
officially supports, has a more stable API/ABI, and receives more
frequent updates by various contributors.
Currently, this doesn't have feature parity with the Jasper
implementation. These limitations are listed in the 'jp2.cpp' file and
should be addressed before this is pulled into a release branch.

There is no reason to determine it with operating system basis.
Change to use build configuration instead. "ispell" by default,
and you can override it.

It is only used in dcop module and empty is unwanted situation,
so properly define it in dcop/CMakeLists.txt.
Rerevant header generation is also moved to there, and prevent
to define in main config.h file too.

It was introduced in HP-UX 10.20 (undocumented) and suppoted in 10.30 and later,
so no need to declare it on HP-UX unconditionally.

This feature still needs quite a bit of work to add embedding support to other
parts of TDE such as the minicli, as well as bringing konqueror behaviour
more in line with the minicli previews, but it is a start at least!
This adds the methods required to make transparent widgets via alpha blending a reality
An additional widget class may be coming shortly
