This should fix some random segfaults
It needs to be tested to make sure that interfaces still work,
e.g. kate/kwrite interfaces in interface/ktexteditor

This will also compile with TQt for Qt3, and should not cause any problems
with dependent modules such as kdebase. If it does then it needs to be fixed!

Most are to specify types where ambiguity is present,
so for example 'T' becomes (QChar)'T'
