Michele Calgaro	34e58a5f61	Rename __KDE_HAVE_GCC_VISIBILITY to __TDE_HAVE_GCC_VISIBILITY. Temporarily __KDE_HAVE_GCC_VISIBILITY is still provided, till renaming on all TDE code base is completed.
